As the Content Strategist & Social Media Manager at NOOCAP Media, you'll own both the ideas and the execution. You'll find what's going viral before it peaks, write the scripts, and then make sure the content actually goes out — on time, on brand, and built to perform. You're not just a strategist who hands off work. You think and you ship.

If you understand what makes AI and tech creators blow up online — and you're comfortable running their social presence end-to-end — this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

- Research trending topics across AI, tech, and the creator economy daily to identify viral opportunities before they peak
- Write short-form scripts that match each client's voice and tone with precision — hooks that stop the scroll, pacing that holds attention
- Build monthly content strategies tailored to each client's niche, audience, and growth goals
- Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage community engagement — reply to comments, handle DMs, and keep audiences active between posts
- Execute account growth strategies including hashtag research, collab outreach, and posting cadence optimization
- Track content performance and continuously refine the approach based on what the data says

Requirements

- Proven experience writing viral short-form content for social media — show us your work




- Hands-on experience managing and growing social media accounts (not just making content for someone else to post)
- Deep understanding of what makes AI, tech, and founder content perform on short-form platforms
- Ability to match completely different voices and brand tones with precision
- Comfortable with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Fast, high-output, and obsessed with performance — you don't wait to be told what's next
- Robust research instincts — you find a trend before it peaks, not after
