Position: Legal Associate

Salary: ₹15,000 TO 35000 Per Month

Job Summary

DMR Landz is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our real estate and legal operations. The candidate will be responsible for property document verification, legal drafting, registration processes, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and scrutinize property-related legal documents.
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence.
- Prepare and draft legal notices, agreements, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Handle land registration and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with government departments, registration offices, and legal authorities.
- Maintain legal records and case files.
- Assist in resolving legal issues related to real estate transactions.
- Support management with legal opinions and compliance matters.




- Attend client meetings and provide legal assistance when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Positive knowledge of property laws and legal documentation.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu land and registration procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
