Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Real Estate to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential/commercial construction projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing end-to-end real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress, quality standards, safety measures, and productivity.
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Review contractor bills, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local authority approvals, statutory norms, and regulations.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS/progress reports to management.
- Manage procurement coordination for materials and services required for the project.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed units/common areas to CRM/operations teams.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of construction management, contracts, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, costing, BOQ, billing, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Qualification:

- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience:

- 8 to 15 years of experience in real estate / construction project management.
