“We are looking for a Candidate for the position of a Senior Associate – Legal for our Consulting Firm based out of Gurugram.
Post qualification experience: 5-7 years.
Qualification: Law Graduate from a recognized University.
Skills required:
- Experienced of working in a law firm/ consulting firm.
- Proficient in contract management, drafting and vetting of contracts, policies including but not limited to Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholder agreements, Service Agreements, etc; Due diligences, strategic alliances, mergers, etc.
- Exposure under IPR laws, Legal Metrology Act, Workplace and Labour laws”.
