Job Description

Astitva Systems Private Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our US Tax team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing US tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations, and providing tax support for individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review US individual and business tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and US tax laws.
- Analyze financial records and prepare tax-related documentation.
- Respond to IRS notices and assist with tax resolution matters.
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax-related issues.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
- Stay updated on changes in US tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Active Enrolled Agent (EA)



certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in US Taxation and Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US Federal and State tax regulations.
- Experience with tax software such as Drake, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProSeries, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift (Night Shift).
