- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure satisfaction by proactively handling inquiries and complaints.
- Menu Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Team Leadership: Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign sections, and train/mentor service staff.
- Operations: Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate order delivery and smooth table turnover.
- Quality Control: Inspect table settings, polishing of cutlery, and overall dining room cleanliness.
- Billing & Administration: Monitor Point of Sale (POS) operations, handle billing, and track daily inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory or Captain experience in premium casual dining or Italian cafes/restaurants.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Italian Cuisine.
