Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by coordinating across multiple disciplines and managing the entire application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing to maintain security and functionality, developing and implementing automation strategies, and supporting configuration of data and environments. The position also involves reviewing code, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to uphold high standards of quality throughout the development cycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support workplace setup and data configuration to facilitate smooth testing operations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing for security, API, and regression.
- Experience in creating and implementing automation strategies and automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement in testing.
