Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Design, build, and deploy Oracle Subscription Management modules within enterprise ERP/CX environments.
- Business Analysis: Lead requirement-gathering workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Billing & Revenue Integration: Align subscriptions with Oracle Receivables, Revenue Management (RMCS), and Pricing to ensure accurate, compliant invoicing.
- Testing & Training: Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training workshops.
- Ongoing Support: Provide post-go-live functional and technical support, managing system amendments, renewals, and upgrades
