Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (Backend Sales) to support our sales team by managing leads, coordinating with clients, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely conversions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Track sales activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales pipelines.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in backend sales, telesales, customer support, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
