We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our ELV (Extra Low Voltage), Audio-Visual, Security, and Networking solutions. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution design and project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in ELV, CCTV, Networking, Audio-Visual, or IT solutions is preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
