Job Title: Accounts Executive

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST/TDS filings (where applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Verify expense claims and vendor payments.




- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of accounting experience (depending on the role level).
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
