Job Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify current business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and follow up with prospects.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Corporate Sales.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
