We’re looking for a CRM Executive who can help us keep our customer and lead data clean, useful, and growth-ready. You’ll support our marketing, sales, and customer engagement efforts by making sure the right communication reaches the right people at the right time.

What you’ll do

- Manage and update CRM data, lead records, customer information, and activity logs.
- Segment leads and customers based on behaviour, source, stage, interest, and engagement.
- Support email campaigns, follow-ups, newsletters, and customer communication workflows.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Track campaign responses, customer interactions, and pipeline movement.
- Maintain data accuracy, remove duplicates, and improve CRM hygiene.
- Use AI tools for segmentation support, workflow automation ideas, campaign insights, data cleanup assistance, and productivity.
- Help create reports on lead status, campaign performance, and customer engagement.




- Support automation workflows and process improvements as we grow.
- Identify gaps in communication and suggest better CRM practices.

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, sales operations, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of lead stages, customer segmentation, and follow-up workflows.
- Strong data accuracy, organization, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and campaign tracking.
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly to improve CRM efficiency and reporting.
- Ability to work with sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Responsible, process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable in a startup setup.
