Job Responsibilities
You will mainly be responsible for support of our pathology lab software.
Support
- Support the labs in using the software and resolve queries.
- Ensure support tickets are resolved in time.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
General
- Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software.
- Stay updated on current features and updates in the software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
