- Research and define three to five year roadmap and strategy related to various aspects of the Infrastructure network.
- Responsible for planning & execution of current technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team from technology standpoint. Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles. Implement technical methodology improvement from past failures and learnings.
