We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of import and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate and manage import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, Bills of Lading/Airway Bills, and related records.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs agents,



and vendors to ensure smooth documentation and compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of import and export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Familiarity with customs and international trade documentation is an added advantage.
- Quick learner with positive attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
