Core Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Set up, start, and operate pasteurizing equipment (e.g., VAT, HTST) following recipes and production schedules.
- Process Monitoring: Constantly monitor temperature, pressure, and flow gauges to ensure product meets safety specifications.
- Food Safety/Sanitation: Adhere strictly to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines (CIP - Clean-in-Place).
- Sampling & Testing: Obtain samples of raw and processed products for laboratory analysis.
- Data Recording: Maintain accurate production records, including time, temperature, and volume.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience in food production, dairy processing, or industrial manufacturing is often required.
- Technical Knowledge:



Understanding of pasteurization principles (e.g., high temperature short time - HTST) and food safety regulations.
- Attention to Detail: High capability for monitoring gauges and noticing abnormalities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, work in varying temperatures, and stand for long periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., ITI/Diploma in relevant field).

Typical Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts (days, nights, weekends).
- Manufacturing plant environments that may be loud or wet.
- Mandatory use of safety gear and strict hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
