We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dotnet Developer with a solid background in Microservices, Cloud technologies, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in handling pre-sales calls, and expertise in leading and managing teams to execute projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Develop: Develop high-quality applications using .NET, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Front-End Development: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using React or Angular.
- Pre-Sales and Client Interaction: Actively participate in pre-sales calls, providing technical expertise and guidance to potential clients.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Project Execution: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Agile Methodologies: Work within an Agile framework, using tools like JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and deliver high-quality software.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

- Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met through regular code reviews and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in .NET development, including hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong proficiency in front-end development using React or Angular.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in handling pre-sales calls and client interactions.
- Proven track record in team management and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Experience with JIRA, Scrum methodologies, and Agile project management practices.
- Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other relevant technologies.
