We are seeking a highly creative Motion UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing immersive, interactive, and visually compelling web experiences.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about blending user experience, storytelling, animation, and contemporary web interactions to create premium digital experiences that engage users and drive conversions.

You will be responsible for designing websites that go beyond static layouts by incorporating motion, transitions, micro-interactions, scroll-based storytelling, and immersive user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging web experiences driven by motion and interaction.
- Create smooth page transitions and immersive navigation experiences.
- Design scroll-triggered animations and storytelling sequences.
- Conceptualize and prototype interactive user journeys.
- Develop motion systems that enhance usability and brand perception.

UI/UX Design

- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure intuitive navigation and user-centered interaction patterns.
- Balance aesthetics with usability and performance.

Interactive Design

- Design:
- Hover interactions
- Micro-interactions
- Animated buttons
- Interactive cards
- Dynamic content reveals
- Progressive content loading
- Interactive navigation systems

Scroll-Based Experiences

- Design:
- Parallax effects
- Horizontal scrolling sections




- Sticky storytelling layouts
- Scroll-triggered animations
- Immersive visual narratives
- Section transitions

Prototyping

- Create advanced interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Demonstrate motion behavior and interaction logic before development.
- Communicate animation timing, easing, and transition specifications clearly to developers.
