About the Role

Are you an energetic, target-driven sales professional looking to build a high-growth career in the industrial sector? We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive business expansion for our Industrial Packaging Machinery & Consumables across Hyderabad and surrounding industrial belts.

Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a motivated fresher with a passion for field sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to industrial manufacturing hubs, warehouses, and factories across Hyderabad.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for packaging machinery and consumables (stretch films, strapping materials, tapes, etc.).
- Meet key decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, Supply Chain Lead) to demonstrate product value.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored product solutions.
- Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure and payment follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Transport: Must own a 2-Wheeler with a valid Driving License (Mandatory for field work).
- Experience: Experienced candidates in B2B/Industrial Sales will have an added advantage.



Freshers with strong communication skills and drive are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English).
- Attitude: Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Education: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Business background is a plus, but not mandatory).
