Designation: Agentic AI Developer

About the Role:

Codium Techlabs is looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step execution. You'll work on production-grade systems that solve real business problems through automation and intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

- Design and build autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning, task planning/decomposition, memory management, tool calling, API orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Build custom agents rather than relying solely on out-of-the-box frameworks

LLM & Framework Integration

- Develop using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude APIs, Google Gemini APIs
- Implement prompt engineering, structured output generation, function calling, tool-using agents, conversation memory, and agent state management

RAG & Vector Search

- Build end-to-end RAG pipelines: document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding generation, semantic + hybrid search, metadata filtering, and reranking




- Work with vector databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, FAISS (Weaviate a plus)

Backend API Development

- Build scalable APIs using FastAPI, REST, async programming, background tasks, auth/authorization, webhooks, and streaming responses

Deployment & Productionization

- Deploy using Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), Linux servers, Nginx, CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy on AWS, GCP, or Azure (GPU/CPU as needed)

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents/LLM applications
- Strong Python skills; production experience with FastAPI
- Practical experience with at least one major vector database and one agent framework (LangChain/LangGraph)
- Comfortable owning a system end-to-end — from prototype to deployed, monitored production service

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on Laravel development experience
- Positive problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
