Required Experience
12–18 years in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical operations
Strong communication and CXO-level presentation capability
Ability to work with IT, OT, and business stakeholders
Hands-on experience in:
Process operations (CDU/VDU, conversion units, utilities, tank farm)
Production monitoring & troubleshooting
Safety systems and compliance (PSM, HAZOP exposure preferred)
Requirement gathering and process mapping
Functional design and solution configuration
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Process control, alarm management, emergency response
Root cause analysis and incident investigation
Experience with:
Operational KPIs (throughput, downtime, safety compliance)
Mandatory Skills: Energy Refining & Petchem .
Experience: >10 YEARS .
