Job Title: Centre Head
Location: Ernakulam
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to oversee the overall operations, academic delivery, business development, and team management of our education centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, achieving business targets, maintaining academic excellence, and leading the centre towards growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Management

- Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, processes, and quality standards
- Manage infrastructure, resources, and administrative activities

Academic & Training Oversight

- Monitor academic delivery and training quality
- Coordinate with trainers/faculty to ensure curriculum adherence and learning outcomes
- Address student concerns and ensure high levels of student satisfaction

Business Development & Marketing

- Plan and implement business development strategies to increase admissions and revenue
- Supervise and guide the marketing and admissions team
- Track enquiries, conversions, and performance metrics
- Develop local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and outreach programs

Team Leadership & Supervision

- Lead, motivate, and manage academic, marketing, and administrative teams




- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and productivity of staff

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and submit regular reports on admissions, revenue, operations, and performance
- Maintain accurate records related to students, staff, and centre activities
- Coordinate with management for reviews and strategic planning

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Education, or a related field
- MBA preferred

Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the education/training sector
- Experience in business development strategy and marketing team supervision
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership or centre management role

Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and admissions management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
