About the Role

We are looking for ambitious Accounts Trainees who want practical exposure to real-world finance, compliance, and business consulting.

This is not a routine data-entry role. You will work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements involving financial reporting, statutory compliance, Virtual CFO assignments, and strategic business advisory.

If you aspire to become a Chartered Accountant, CFO, Finance Manager, Consultant, or entrepreneur, this role offers an accelerated learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Record and maintain books of accounts
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Verify accounting entries and supporting documentation
- Assist in account finalization

Compliance





- Assist in GST return preparation and filing
- Assist in TDS computation and return filing
- Support Income Tax compliance activities
- Prepare ROC filing documentation
- Maintain statutory compliance records

Virtual CFO Services

- Prepare MIS reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Support cash flow planning
- Analyze financial performance
- Prepare business dashboards
- Conduct ratio and profitability analysis
- Assist in management presentations

Client Management

- Coordinate with clients for documentation
- Collect financial information
- Resolve routine accounting queries
- Maintain professional communication

Internal Responsibilities

- Maintain working papers
- Follow company SOPs
- Ensure quality documentation
- Meet project deadlines
- Continuously improve technical knowledge

EligibilityEducational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate
