- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the service workshop.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Ensure quality of repairs through proper inspection and adherence to manufacturer standards.
- Handle customer concerns and provide prompt resolution to service-related issues.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician performance.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department for timely availability of spare parts.
- Maintain service records, job cards, warranty documentation, and workshop reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company SOPs.
- Support achievement of service revenue, labour sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets.
- Train, guide, and motivate workshop staff to improve performance and technical competency.

Pay: Up to ₹34,000.00 per month
