· Will be responsible to close the customer complaint on war footing base in coordination with the team.

· Responsibility for taking monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance letter from customers.

· Maintain Planning & Execution chart.

· Keeping up to date customer service logs & internal service records in a timely basis to HO.





· To provide prompt service to Railways customer by coordinating with service team and Service HOD Pune with the proper communication.

· Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing and other department.

· Have to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine.

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

· Produce timely and detailed service reports.

· Willing to travel extensively.

· Working on Breakdown related issue and required material.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,463.89 - ₹37,528.51 per month
