Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Handle consultant submissions, follow-ups, interview coordination, and placements.
- Work with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other staffing platforms.
- Manage consultants with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC work authorizations.
- Possess good knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, and 1099).
- Achieve placement targets while maintaining quality and timely communication.
