We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide data-driven insights to improve business performance. You will work closely with different departments to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
- Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Support process improvement and business strategy initiatives.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to generate actionable insights.
Required Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- SQL (MySQL)
- Power BI
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis

Qualification:
- MBA (Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, Marketing) or equivalent preferred.
- Freshers with relevant internships/projects and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Salary:
₹1.80 – ₹3.00 LPA (CTC)
