Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction & Customer Service

- Greet patients, families, and visitors courteously, ensuring a calm and qualified environment.

Registration & Appointment Management

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments, both in-person and over the phone.
- Register new patients by collecting accurate personal, demographic, and medical history details.
- Verify health insurance details and assist with related paperwork. Docthub +2

Billing & Documentation

- Generate invoices and process payments for consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
- Assist patients and coordinate with the billing department for smooth discharge procedures.

Administrative & Coordination Duties

- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, routing them to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, IPD, lab, pharmacy) for smooth patient flow.




- Handle emergency cases by quickly directing them to the triage or appropriate medical units.
- Maintain office inventory, reception supplies, and ensure the front desk is tidy.
- Guide patients to the correct consultation rooms or diagnostic departments.

Qualification:- Any Degree

Experience-1+Years

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
