About the Role

The Premium Basket is looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Account Manager to lead and manage marketplace operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace knowledge, operational expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring smooth account management and coordination across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete operations of E-commerce and Quick Commerce marketplace accounts
- Handle operations across leading e-commerce, quick-commerce, and digital marketplace platforms. Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, visibility, and catalog performance
- Drive sales growth through platform management, promotions, and campaign planning
- Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting with warehouse and operations teams
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch management, and fulfillment coordination
- Monitor platform KPIs including sales, stock availability, fill rates, returns, and cancellations
- Manage marketplace escalations, claims, penalties, returns, and account health issues
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform representatives for business growth opportunities
- Analyze sales reports, platform performance, and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, ads, and visibility activities across platforms
- Ensure accurate product content, images,



pricing, and brand consistency across all marketplaces
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market performance
- Maintain proper operational records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Lead coordination between warehouse, operations, marketing, and marketplace teams for smooth execution

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of E-commerce and Quick Commerce marketplace operations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards
- Knowledge of inventory planning, catalog management, and sales analysis
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational and execution-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

- 4-7 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or marketplace account management
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, food, gifting, or consumer brands preferred
- Hands-on experience with leading e-commerce, quick-commerce, and digital marketplace operations preferred. Experience in handling marketplace growth strategies and account escalations preferred

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred

Salary

- ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
