We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Counter Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, advantages, and pricing.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Manage stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales records.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
