We're Hiring- Staff Nurse Incharge - PHDU

Location- Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Thevally, Kollam

Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading center for infertility treatment. Our mission is to provide exceptional medical care and support to our patients with compassion and dedication. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PHDU In-Charge to lead our Paediatric High Dependency Unit. This role requires solid clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the PHDU
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based care to critically ill children
- Supervise, train, and support nursing staff
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Coordinate with paediatricians and multidisciplinary teams
- Handle emergency situations and ensure timely clinical interventions
- Maintain proper documentation, audits, and quality standards

Qualifications:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing with valid registration




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Paediatric ICU / HDU
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in paediatric critical care
