Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new clients, including poultry farms, hatcheries, dealers, and integrators.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales volume targets.
- Field Execution: Conduct regular on-site farm visits to understand customer requirements and promote product perks.
- Technical Support: Assist farmers with basic technical advice regarding feed usage, medication, and bird health.
- Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely follow-ups and secure payments from clients to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local market trends. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
