Job Summary

Avataara Resorts & Spa is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day resort operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily resort operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular operational rounds to ensure compliance with brand and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key updates to the management team.




- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidate with 4–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- Hands-on operational experience is mandatory; candidates with predominantly reservations experience will not be considered.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and guest-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred Age: Up to 35 years
