Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces.
- Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, and indexing.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.




- Work with Git-based version control and follow Agile development practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend technical improvements.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of skilled experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and API security.
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience in debugging, optimizing, and maintaining production applications.
- Good understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Express.js or NestJS.
- Knowledge of Redux or Context API.
- Experience with JWT and OAuth Authentication.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
