Exp required: 2-4yrs
Location: Lucknow
Mode: WFO
Domain: HCC Coding
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the teams SLA is met. (Turnaround time, quality)
Abstract information from medical records and assign appropriate ICD- 10 Codes.
Apply knowledge and understanding of anatomy & physiology, ensure ICD codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with ICD-I0 guidelines.
Ensure compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.
Proficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 90% accuracy.
Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPPA.
Analyze medical records and identity document deficiencies.
Mutual coordination with peers regarding the work on daily basis.
Key Requirements:
Must have exp around 2- 4 years
Certification is Mandatory (CCS, CRC, CPC, etc)
Note: Permanent Work from Office
