Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely purchase of materials and services required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and discrepancies in deliveries.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain operations.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
