Certification :
Technology | CCNA/ Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate

Basic Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and Switches (RandS):
Ability to perform initial setup, VLAN configurations, port security, and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 connectivity issues.

Wireless Access Point Deployment and Monitoring (Cisco WLAN):
Support in deploying lightweight APs via Cisco WLC, monitor signal strength and client connectivity, and raise issues for escalations.

Support for Identity-Based Access Control (Cisco ISE):
Assist in configuring basic device profiling, 802.1X authentication setup,



and enforce simple access policies under supervision.

Basic ASA Firewall Rule Implementation and NAT Support:
Implement basic ACLs, object groups, static/agile NATs, and support ticket-based troubleshooting for traffic flow issues.

Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.
