Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Facility Executive to independently manage the MD's residence and ensure the smooth functioning of all household and facility-related operations. The candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, well-organized, and capable of handling vendors, maintenance, staff coordination, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and upkeep of the MD's residence.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance staff, drivers, security, and other household employees.
- Coordinate repairs, AMC services, and preventive maintenance for all residence facilities.
- Handle vendor management, quotations, negotiations, and service follow-ups.
- Manage household purchases, online procurement, and inventory of daily-use items.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the residence.




- Maintain records of bills, expenses, contracts, warranties, and service documents.
- Coordinate with external agencies, service providers, and utility vendors.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills and smooth functioning of all residence services.
- Handle guest arrangements, event support, and other assignments given by the MD.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Residence Administration, Facility Management, or Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of household operations and staff management.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and maintenance coordination.
- Valuable drafting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of handling confidential matters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
