Qualifications:
- Degree: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong capability to conduct market research, evaluate trends, and use data to inform decisions.
- Effective time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Understanding of research techniques, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles, brand awareness tactics, and best practices in advertising (traditional and digital).
