Position: Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and coordinate with the project manager.
- Plan and manage material requirements to avoid work delays.
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality control.
- Resolve in office issues and coordinate with vendors, clients, and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the site.
- Track project timelines and report any deviations.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.




- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate multiple activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
