We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor teams, and equipment on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor work progress and report project status to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage.




- Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and vendors as required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment.
- Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation.
- Monitor project timelines and support timely project completion.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in site supervision for civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
