Job Summary

A Pest Control Technician is responsible for providing pest management services at residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate client locations. The technician will inspect premises, identify pest infestations, perform pest control treatments safely, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while following company SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out pest control services as per the daily schedule.
- Inspect customer premises to identify pest issues and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform treatments for:
- General Pest Control
- Cockroach Control
- Rodent Control
- Termite Control
- Mosquito & Fly Control
- Bed Bug Treatment
- Ant Control
- Handle pesticides and equipment safely according to company guidelines.
- Wear and maintain proper PPE (mask, gloves, safety shoes, etc.) during service.
- Complete service reports and obtain customer signatures after each service.
- Explain preventive measures and treatment details to customers.




- Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take customer feedback and encourage Google reviews after service.
- Maintain pest control equipment and chemicals properly.
- Report any customer complaints or service issues to the Operations Manager immediately.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional grooming while on duty.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of pest control chemicals and treatment methods.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for attendance, navigation, and service reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
