- Job Title: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through room sales, property tie-ups. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue targets/Monthly target are met across all assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TA or corporates clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure property visibility and guest satisfaction.
- Represent SAY Rooms & Homes at local events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality, travel,



or tourism industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and meet revenue targets.
- Familiarity with the North-East India market will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and property management systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
