Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an attar and perfume retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and leading the store team. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience while maximizing store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise sales associates.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on attars, perfumes, fragrance notes, and product usage.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays.
- Handle cash, billing, banking, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor store expenses and work towards improving profitability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory losses.
- Coordinate promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and performance reports.

Required Skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or store management role.
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, luxury retail, or FMCG is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
