JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for our luxury ethnic & bridal wear collections. If you have a passion for fashion, love meeting people, and are driven by targets — this role is perfect for you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive in-store sales of luxury ethnic & bridal wear collections
- Deliver personalized customer service and exceptional shopping experiences
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards
- Follow up on leads, inquiries and pending orders
- Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability
- Maintain daily sales records and reports
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years of sales experience (fashion/apparel/retail preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus)
- Passion for ethnic and traditional Indian fashion
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Pleasant personality and skilled appearance
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business)
