Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Guidance & Career Support

- Provide career guidance to students and parents regarding qualified commerce programs such as CA, CMA, ACCA, and other related qualifications.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable learning pathways.
- Address queries related to course structure, eligibility, and future career opportunities.

Student Engagement & Admissions Support

- Connect with prospective students through phone calls and other communication channels to share information about academic programs.
- Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner while assisting candidates throughout the admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to provide updates, clarify queries, and support informed decision-making.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents by delivering a supportive and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic,



and marketing teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding and enrolment experience.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of professional commerce qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or similar programs.
- Experience in student counselling, customer engagement, admissions, inside sales, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
