Job Title: FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

Build and manage financial models aligned with Fipchain’s growth roadmap

Revenue Projections across multiple streams (platform, IP monetisation, partnerships)

Support leadership in strategic decision-making with data-driven insights

Identify leakages, under-monetised rights, and revenue optimisation opportunities

2. Accounting & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations

Ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations, GST, and statutory filings

Manage audits, tax filings, and financial reporting

3. Investor & Fundraising Support

Prepare financial reports, MIS, and investor decks

Support due diligence processes

Maintain data room and financial documentation

4. Cash Flow & Cost Management

Monitor cash flow and optimise burn rate

Implement cost controls without impacting growth





Vendor payments and financial discipline

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience (startup, media, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and forecasting
- Experience with compliance, taxation, and audits
- Exposure to media, entertainment, or IP-led businesses is a strong plus

Skills Required

- Financial modelling & analytics
- Solid Excel / financial tools expertise
- Understanding of revenue models (SaaS, licensing, marketplace)
- High ownership and startup mindset
- Ability to work closely with founders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
