Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager – Business Development to identify current business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales of our software solutions. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
- Promote and present the company's software solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals and presentations in coordination with the marketing team.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.




- Travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business events when required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, BCA, BSc, BTech, MBA, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Software Sales.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
