Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Department: Stores & Warehouse

Reports To: Head of Operations

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory,

and dispatch and to ensure uninterrupted order processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage warehouse and stores operations efficiently.

Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of materials.

Maintain accurate inventory through Tally/WMS.

Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Manage dispatch of goods.

Lead and supervise warehouse staff.

Identify logistic channel partners for our goods dispatch to the customers

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and warehouse standard

Prepare warehouse reports and maintain documentation.





Drive continuous process improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

5–8 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Tally/WMS and MS Office.
